Born Global: April 2024

Hello Friend,

There is a lot to reflect on this month. Australians are reeling from the horrific attacks in Sydney over the last week, with emotional outpouring for the victims and their families, and recognition of the heroic acts of locals. It’s also a time for community to gather as ANZAC Day approaches, commemorating more than 1.5 million Australians who have served or sacrificed in wars, conflicts and peacekeeping operations.

Check out stories 👇 of inspiring global Australians – a biotech CEO, a restaurateur in China, and an innovative surgeon – and a new Award named in honour of Advance founder, Ken Allen AO.
