Karen Loon is a Non-Executive Director, Audit Committee Chair, Risk and Finance Committee Member, and former Financial Services Partner (Assurance) at PwC Singapore. With over 30 years of deep international experience in pre-eminent financial services firms across the Asia Pacific, she brings a unique blend of expertise to support boards and companies in leading cross-cultural teams, projects, and initiatives.
Having spent close to 17 years as a partner at PwC, Loon held the role of PwC Singapore’s Banking and Capital Markets Leader, leading numerous audit and financial due diligence assignments for major global banks, online payment companies, brokers, wealth management firms, listed infrastructure funds, property managers, and sovereign wealth funds operating in Asia Pacific. Her extensive experience has fostered deep and enduring relationships with Board Chairs, Audit Chairs, and Group Management Committees.
