Eucalyptus is looking for a Demand & Supply Planning Associate to join our growing planning team and help shape our business as we build our D2C and retail offerings. You will report to our Demand Planning Manager and be responsible for all planning-related activities, ensuring that we can provide reliable deliveries to our patients across Australia.

To be successful at this role you will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills and be an excellent communicator. You will be a key member of the team, relied on to coordinate inputs from across all of our supply chain functions and deliver on the different planning and inventory projects. You will need to use operations excellence to nurture ideas, develop strategies, and invest in continuous improvement of our processes.

This role is perfect for someone with 1-3 years of experience either directly in a planning role or in a related operational function. This is a great opportunity to join a growing team and business and build our processes as we scale.
