Navigating Taxation Changes: Insights for Non-Domiciled Individuals

The AU-UK Chamber, in partnership with TaxAssist in the UK and Nexia Australia, will host a webinar and Q&A session on Wednesday, April 24 at 10:00 AM BST, covering the UK governments proposal to replace the taxation of UK non-domiciled with a residence-based regime.
This significant change will impact all non UK domiciled and their connected structures.
In addition to a new four-year foreign income and gains regime, transitional rules and an overhaul of inheritance tax (IHT) is also planned.
Whilst there is uncertainty on the exact operation of the rules, particularly in relation to IHT, non UK domiciled are encouraged to attend to find out about how they can best prepare for these changes.
