In addition to his role at Robert Walters Plc, Hickey holds important positions that reflect his commitment to philanthropy and community engagement. He serves as the Chairman of the Australia Day Foundation, and has served on the board of the Australia-United Kingdom Chamber of Commerce since 2010.
Hickey’s professional journey began in Australia, where he qualified as a solicitor. He then embarked on a successful career as a Capital Markets lawyer, working at Lehman Brothers in the UK and Switzerland. Later, he joined Robert Walters Plc, bringing his extensive legal and financial expertise to the organisation’s global operations.
