Michael Hardy serves on the Los Angeles Advisory Board.

Lachy Roach is a Strategic Advisor at Bully Pulpit International, where he works with John Legend and Chrissy Teigen on their individual social impact strategies as a trusted advisor, leading the development of strategy and providing ongoing advisement based on their evolving priorities and needs. 

Prior to Bully Pulpit, Lachy spent seven years serving as a policy and public diplomacy official with Australia’s Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, holding roles in posts across the Pacific and the United States. More recently, Lachy was a senior business development manager at Los Angeles-based economic consulting firm Beacon Economics, where he led business development for the firm’s client segments and product offerings.

Lachy graduated from the University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia with a Bachelor of International Studies, majoring in International Relations and International Business. As a part of his program, Lachy spent 12 months studying at ESSEC Business School in Paris, France.
