VP Monetization and Pricing


The Business Model and Monetization team owns determining the monetization strategy needed to maximize revenue and market share across our 5 core solution areas. The team is charged with deeply understanding competitor and various technology monetization frameworks, formulating approaches to categorize innovations as revenue maximizing or share acquisition vehicles, and recommending business models that accelerate the transition to the cloud across solution areas. The team also looks across the SAP portfolio to analyze opportunities for business model synergies. We partner closely with the R&D organization, Chief Marketing and Solution Officers (CMSOs) and the Pricing and Commercialization Team (P&C) to ensure business models are aligned with SAP’s strategy and objectives.
