VP, Enterprise Loyalty, Premium Products & Product Abuse Analytics

Reporting to the Head of U.S. Consumer Data Office & Business Analytics, the VP of Loyalty, Premium Products & Product Abuse Analytics will partner closely with the various rewards, product, and benefit teams across the enterpise. The successful candidate will be responsible for three broad areas of the business: a) finding opportunities in the Membership Rewards (MR) program to drive balanced economics while deepening the relationship of customers with American Express and leveraging MR as a currency to drive adoption of new enterprise initiatives; b) advising business development opportunities, rewards constructs and benefits-led product line strategies to differentiate American Express offerings in the marketplace; c) managing the end to-end-process to prevent losses due to violation of rewards terms and conditions. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of credit card industry customer data and systems, has experience leading large and diverse cross location teams, can work in white space with unstructured problems and can build successful partnerships with a large variety of teams and business units to identify opportunities and influence outcomes.
