The Disputes world now integrated under Customer Engagement Network (CEN) is a 800+ people strong organization and is responsible for managing all transaction processing and fulfilment functions for GSG. The key areas include Disputes Management for Cardmembers and Merchants for all lines of businesses. Disputes is the core of CEN and is focused on ensuring that the cases are processed timely and accurately. It also provides inputs to CEN to strengthen the upstream processes. This B45 Vice President, of Operations position will lead the Dispute & Chargeback process across the globe including English/Non-English markets. This will be a Gurgaon based role that will lead 800+ employees and growing. This role will also be responsible for managing the partner services at FIS.
