We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to help us attract and acquire top talent to our business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from advertising job vacancies to onboarding new employees. You’ll work closely with management to provide advice on workplace relations policies, staff performance, and disciplinary matters, while ensuring the maintenance of personnel records and associated HR information systems. In this role, you will also play a crucial part in negotiations related to terms and conditions of employment, dispute resolutions, and developing enterprise agreements or collective contracts.
