Solutions Specialist, HRIS


Support and coordinate HR Systems matters such as change request and issue resolution
Assist in the review, testing and implementation of the new Workday features to stay up-to-date on all Workday releases and fixes
Maintain Workday HCM system; serve as functional and technical expert
Perform system administration functions including business process configuration, complex report configuration, security, processing and loading bulk data using EIBs, and interfaces
Proactively identify opportunities and solutions for process automation to enhance organisational efficiency and effectiveness
Recommend process improvement and innovative solutions to issues
Provide timely and accurate advice; recommendation to stakeholders on HR Systems queries
Develop user procedures, guidelines and documentation, and train user on new processes and functionality
Assist in the development of change management, communication and training plans
