As a Services Relationship Manager (SRM), you will be responsible for all consulting and education solutions and strategies based on the analysis of the customer’s business goals, objectives, needs and general business environment for your defined territory. You will be an essential element of our sales organization by planning, building, enabling and accelerating the sales engine for our Services offers to include Professional Services, Product Service, and Education. You will be supporting ERMs, CAMs, and partners to drive opportunities relating to Service product line(s) through closure. You excel at engaging with customer to develop solutions. You excel at supporting activities specific to opportunities in low-touch accounts in addition to generating pipeline and managing opportunities.
