Services Business Office Head


Services Business Office Head (SBO Head) is accountable for the business development, management and/or growing existing markets by originating and maturing up-sell/cross-sell opportunities and orchestrating outcome-based delivery execution. It has significant influence on the development and growth of strategic new services business and develops and maintains effective strategic relationships with services and software areas. The role is also accountable to ensure business growth through business development activities and ensure the correct execution of the lead to contract process in all the services segments. SBO Head is accountable for the sales activities for the assigned markets. Represents the organization from a sales and business development perspective and is a key contributor to the overall success of the customer and partner relationships.
