Discord is seeking a Senior User Experience (UX) Researcher to join our team and help us drive user-centered design in our organization. We are looking for someone who can educate and engage cross-functional teams in the benefits of UX research. You have experience conducting research delivering actionable insights quickly to inform product development. You will report to the Manager, UX Research.
