We are looking for a talented Senior User Experience Researcher to support the execution of qualitative and quantitative studies that will improve the user experience for ServiceTitan’s products focused on the commercial and new market space. This person will work closely with other researchers, designers, and product managers to support the delivery of insights about the user experience. The Senior User Experience Researcher needs to be innately curious, passionate about user research and testing of all types, and an organized and creative thinker eager to learn. They must also be open to exploring outside the box and innovative research and recruiting techniques to succeed as a member of our growing Experience Design team.
