Department of Customer Service
The role will focus on project management and lead multiple working groups across some of the program’s 19 initiatives and future projects as they are added to the Hardship Program’s pipeline. Having a human centred design mindset and/or understanding of service design principles is desirable. Across the program we put our target customers (Aboriginal and/or Torres Straight Islanders and youth) at the centre of our approach, and we use human-centred design practices do this.
