As the Director of Sales Operations & Enablement, you will work closely with all department heads to develop process, systems and infrastructure that boosts productivity and efficiency. You are responsible for leading and developing the Sales Ops team that works hand in hand with Sales Leadership to optimize and oversee KPIs and sales reps attainment to quota. This team also works with all department to create process and efficiency across departments. Overseeing the Enablement team that will focus on SDR and AE Onboarding, time to production and ongoing development.
