Our growing People team contributes in creating an outstanding employee experience for the Discord family. We do that through designing and championing thoughtful People programs. To help us accelerate our efforts, we’re looking for a Senior Manager, People Partners to join our People team. You will lead a team of People Partners who act as internal HR thoughts partners, consultants and coaches, they develop and execute People strategies, and build programs that drive organizational and people effectiveness across Discord.
