This person will lead our growing Customer Success team which is responsible for building our fastest growing vertical – Zoomo Enterprise. This role will lead our team of customer success managers supporting our top-tier accounts on everything from after-sales support, account management, data insights, and most importantly, long-term success. No job for our customers is too big or too small – whether running across the city to help a customer with a technical bike problem or preparing thousands of bikes for the pressures of winter.
