You will provide support to our clients to solve complex business problems, providing best in class advice and solutions in the risk management field. You will strive to develop lasting relationships with client personnel and seek to further these relationships through quality product delivery. As Senior Consultant you will be required to coach Interns or other junior Consultants and facilitate the successful completion of project work plans. Serving as both role model and trainer, the expert Consultant / Senior Consultant demonstrates the attributes of excellent client service and assists team members in developing technical and professional competency. At the direction of Managers and expert team member, you may accept responsibility for decision-making, ranging from staffing and preparation of deliverables to application of methodologies. You will also be responsible for internally developing new approaches and methodologies in the sustainability field to further serve our Clients.

Examples of the work you will do for client service include providing support in the design and implementation of Enterprise Risk Management programs, helping integrate risk management models in decision-making processes, identifying top risk priorities for our Clients (including ESG risks and climate change related risks), evaluating risk exposures and helping them defining the most appropriate risk strategies and responses to address top risks to support top management’s strategic decisions.
