Sales Director (RVP) – Emerging Enterprise


Guidance for a team of Account Executives across Emerging Enterprise
Grow and develop for the team under the clear guidance and strategy of the APJ Emerging Enterprise leader
Set clear and objective KPI and measurements for the team to ensure highest performance and customer/ partner led focus as possible
Provide a safe and nurturing positive environment for the team, as well as engaging state of mind within the team
Ensuring that the team operates with the highest of integrity and compliance.
Provide guidance, instruction, direction, and leadership to a group of individuals (the team) for the purpose of achieving set targets
Managing existing customer accounts to drive upsell/expansion opportunities
Collaborate with renewals team and partner teams for identifying opportunities and successfully delivering customer satisfaction
Maximizing coverage within the defined region and penetrating organizations with UiPath products
Initiating telephone and email contact with potential prospects to generate pipeline
Developing a solid working knowledge of UiPath products and the benefits they provide to potential customers
Providing full sales-cycle support to qualified prospects and customers including follow up, product information, quotations, and closures
Updating and maintaining the UiPath CRM system, Salesforce
Continuing to look for ways of incorporating automation into daily work
Share wins and learnings from losses to the extended teams to help improvement effectiveness of entire organization
