The Role: Orrick has an exciting opening for a Proposal Specialist (Pitch Team) who is ready to be challenged and build a career within an AmLaw Top 100 law firm and a practice team ranked as #1 bond, disclosure and underwriters’ counsel. This hybrid position will be based in our Wheeling, Austin, or Houston office.

What will I do: In this role, you will provide direct support to our Marketing Team and lawyers in the execution of client-focused opportunity responses. With each new opportunity, you could be crafting a winning RFP response to support a client on a new innovative financing structure that solves some of our most critical social infrastructure challenges or to extend one of our many highly valued and long-term client relationships. In collaboration with our Marketing and Communications teams, you will create and manage strategic firm and practice content. As a member of the Pitch & Pursuits Team (Pitch Team), a key unit within our overall global Marketing department, and at the direction of the P&P Managers, you will play a dynamic role in supporting the firm’s, department’s and team’s objectives and strategies.
