The Product Safety Operations team on Trust & Safety is responsible for keeping new Discord features and products safe by building, scaling, and owning moderation for these features and products. Product Safety Operations is looking for a dynamic and collaborative Manager to lead the team, and to partner with other teams across Product, Policy, and Engineering to assess risk and implement measures to ensure safety through each stage of a product launch and workflow development.
