The Policy Manager will
Develop the TCA’s policy positions on skills, workforce and migration and other economic policy issues in conjunction with members
Undertake original analysis and research into topical labour market and skills issues
Prepare policy submissions
Advocate for the TCA’s positions with key stakeholders
Represent the TCA in meetings, industry forums and roundtables
Providing secretariat assistance to TCA policy committees
Preparing media talking points, speeches and other briefing material
