The PMO Manager is responsible for providing program/project management governance and administration activities to effectively enable successful achievement of deliverables through provision of high standards of operational support including management reporting, tracking and analysis of risks, issues, financials and resources, as well as quality control and benefits realisation tracking and reporting.
