Payroll Manager and System Administrator

The Payroll Manager and Systems Administrator will manage, motivate and support capability and delivery within the payroll team for end to end payroll functions. They will identify and embed contemporary and best practice pay and advisory services ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, Awards and industrial instruments. They will be a subject matter expect in the management, application and optimisation of the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) – Aurion (including Timekeeper) including upgrades, enhancements, employee self-service and manager self-service and manage vendor relationships relating to the HRIS.
