Partner Alliances Director


GitHub is at an exciting growth phase and we’re looking for a highly driven and passionate person to join our team to help shape and evolve our focus on Global Systems Integrators (GSI) partner strategies. Under the guidance of our Sr. Director of Worldwide Partners, and with the support of our entire Revenue and GTM team, this person will be responsible for building and maintaining trusted advisor relationships with complex partners’ executive leaders to align priorities and drive growth and adoption of GitHub and our products.

This role presents a great opportunity to shape our growing partner channel as a key part of GitHub’s continued growth. In this role, you will be expected to help drive revenue consumption through these partners to deliver customer success and revenue outcomes, whilst building long term practices that drive lasting value and partner growth.

The ideal candidate can be located anywhere in the United States of America, and will bring strong skills in both sales and technical engineering preferably within the DevOps and DevSecOps industry. . Top candidates will bring experience in designing and executing sales strategies that leverage GSI’s and build upon their joint go-to-market development, co-sell pipeline creation, training and enablement.
