We are looking for a senior fulfilment leader to join us and take full accountability of our Eastern Creek facility as NSW Operations Manager. You will establish and maintain relationships with our team and drive behaviours towards a culture of best-in-class fulfilment principles. Your key metrics to focus on will be safety, inventory, receiving, pick/pack and despatch. You will like dealing with a constantly evolving environment and will be able to impact short-term performance whilst also focusing on long-term business objectives. You will genuinely thrive on problem solving and be able to demonstrate clear change management experience as Eastern Creek heads through a transition period with some exciting upcoming projects revolving around systems and CI.
