Reporting to the National Marketing Manager, the Marketing Operations Manager is responsible for developing, executing and managing strategic initiatives around the CRM (salesforce) system and Lead Management process, including tracking performance in order to plan, report and conduct analyses. This role will manage the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) function on a day-to-day basis. The ideal candidate will be process-oriented, detail-focused, and analytical. This role requires an understanding of internal sales, marketing, and business processes. Candidate must have proficient knowledge of CRM systems, i.e. Sales Force(SF) and other Marketing automation tools (i.e. Marketing Cloud). This position will work closely with the sales team to increase utilization and improve the sales funnel management process. In addition, the role also requires developing and managing marketing campaigns along with tracking the campaign results for continuous improvements.
