The Workforce Alignment Manager is responsible for partnering with Chiefs/senior leaders and leading the Workforce Alignment Partnering team(s) in delivering workforce solutions, advice and services that are aligned to organisational and business strategies to improve business performance, outcomes and decision making across an assigned business client portfolio.

Reporting to the Director, Workforce Alignment, this role is responsible for creating and embedding workforce solutions that address key strategic talent challenges.

We have 1 x temporary position available until March 31, 2025, with negotiable location within NSW and flexible work arrangements.
