AMSA’s Manager – People & Culture leads the organisation’s investment in its employees at all levels and throughout Australia. The role is integral to positioning the organisation for the future as AMSA is actively transforming to strengthen its effectiveness and increase efficiency in key service areas. We also recognise that our people are critical to our success. The incumbent will work in partnership with the business to enable the achievement of the organisation’s strategic (people) objectives and lead a team focussed on delivering across the full range of HR, employee relations and learning/development support services.
