
Amnesty International
The purpose of this role is to provide law and policy advice, training and guidance to Amnesty International’s International Secretariat, including its various Regional Offices, and the broader movement on specified areas of human rights and related positions of the organisation. The role will have a particular focus on police and human rights.
You will contribute to the organisation’s global campaign on the right to protest in all areas related to policing, in particular by way of specialist advice and training, to help further develop Amnesty’s work on military, security and policing. Further to facilitating partnerships between civil society groups working on the aforementioned areas; as well as contribute to the further development of the organisation’s policies on a wide range of human rights issues.
