Industry Practice Director, Customer Experience and Contact Center


This role is within the Industry Team and is focused on helping our clients adopt and scale AI and automation to improve customer experience.

The Industry Practice Director is responsible for leading cross-functional design and delivering both the business and sales strategy aimed at increasing revenue in existing accounts and expansion into new accounts.

The Industry Practice Director will spearhead the efforts and work closely with the global sales, industry sales, presales, analyst relations, and marketing teams to develop focused content and evangelize value propositions and sales enablement approaches for sellers.
