The HR/Payroll Manager collaborates with the Australian HR team to deliver and tailor global initiatives for the local business, and support the local site leadership to with their transactional human resources and payroll needs. This role oversees the US payroll including data input, queries and onboarding/offboarding. This role also works closely with Hiring Leaders to identify recruitment needs, both using in house knowledge and tools with external support as needed. Finally, this role also contributes to the broader PI People strategy by providing business specific input regarding HR requirements and ensuring the successful execution of People Matters objectives and initiatives.
