We are looking for a person to join our People team. They will reach their objectives by establishing, maintaining and managing the HR system complying with the policy to maximize the efficiency of the tasks and driving innovative ideas and projects and improving them.
Develop local HR strategy aligned with subsidiary to accomplish main KPI’s of the company.
Monitor annual budget, Talent Rewards and Head Count Management in coordination with subsidiary.
Ensure to comply the regional L&D plan and develop local strategies to improve learning plans of the company.
Create, promote and lead the Company Values initiatives that ensure employee adherence to the established ways of working and desired company culture.
Effectively support and guide management with goal setting, employee performance cycle, PIP’s and any resulting conflict, advocating the best law-compliant and empathic solutions.
Perform the establishment, maintenance and management of the HR system by linking it to management and HR strategy.
Analyze the appropriateness of policy, process, codes for standardization, and apply them to the system when they are newly created or changed.
Analyze inefficient elements of the HR process and draft plans for improvement to apply them to the system.
Draft monitoring plans on whether the relevant business organizations comply with the standard HR policy and process and analyze risks.
