Head, Student Service Excellence

The Head of Student Service Excellence leads a service-oriented team responsible for core systems and processes that support the student journey. They support and advise the Executive Principal of the Division, and provide University-wide leadership, joining up Faculty with central student experience processes to deliver and improve the student journey. And they support curricular experiences offered through the Faculties and through the umbrella of the overall learning environment with which students engage. The incumbent requires a demonstrated capacity to work as a key service provider, and to add value constructively and collegially to the strategic and operational direction of the University. The incumbent will provide leadership that supports the strategic commitment to personalized learning journeys – crafting, adapting and supporting learning journeys that are distinctive in their accessibility and flexibility.
