The Head of Sales will be responsible for all sales activities for sales-led growth in Japan. The business in Japan has grown significantly in the last 2 years, and we’re looking for an experienced sales leader to orchestrate the next period of evolution in the Japan region. Reporting to the Head of Japan, this role will be a key member of the sales leadership team.
They will take a proactive approach to attracting, developing and empowering talent within the team, and will have experience and capability to drive forward a modern GTM with customers in the Corporate and Enterprise segments.
This role is based in our Tokyo office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. Along with most Asanas, you’ll work from this office in person on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
