The One to One (OTO) Unit objective is to raise the highest possible income from High Value Donors (major donors, corporate, foundations, and bequestors), by designing acquisition and loyalty programs with a specific focus on innovation and continuous improvement.

The Head of OTO Unit, reporting to the Fundraising director, maximizes income and efficiency of the Unit, , in line with the principles, policies and guidelines of Médecins Sans Frontières international, and Medici Senza Frontiere Italia.
