1. Design and determine media strategy and annual plan to serve business & marketing objectives, through close collaboration with internal & external partners.
2. Lead team and media agency to deliver all campaign planning & execution, to achieve brand objective, with clear tracking and continuous improvement.
3. Manage media budget planning with priority setting in line with brand needs. Ensure spending related process are fully in compliance.
4. Responsible for media productivity delivery with close cooperation with purchase team.
5. Keep exploring and evaluating emerging media opportunities (New platform, new channel, new program, new tech, etc.) and provide professional point of views on where to adapt.
Build MKT team capability on most up-to-date media, digital & data related knowledge and how-to-play.
