The Head of Communications and Engagement is accountable for leading the multi-discipline Communications Team to develop and deliver communications which achieve AIUK’s strategic goals, support the achievement of our fundraising potential and live our inclusive communications principles.

This role also oversees the development and delivery of AIUK’s strategy to change attitudes to human rights.

The day to day of this role involves line management of members of the Communications and Engagement Team and managing communications planning as well as budget and supplier management and being an active part of AIUK’s Leadership Team.
