Head of AGSM Learning Solutions


Reporting to the Head of Business Development, this opportunity is to lead a team of Client Relationship Managers and Account Managers for the Custom Programs learning solutions business unit. This includes (i) overseeing the sales and people management of the learning solutions team, (ii) profit and loss responsibility for the unit and ensuring achievement of the revenue and contribution targets each calendar year, (iii) cultivating new business opportunities with current and prospective client organisations, and (iv) collaborating with Head of Product to input into broader AGSM Short Courses product and marketing strategy by providing market insights.
