In this senior role, you will lead and manage the Global Regulatory Reporting (GRR) team including through partnering with Legal & Compliance, Finance & Accounting, Product, Engineering, and Data Analytics teams across Stripe. The GRR team is responsible for understanding and documenting the applicable regulatory reporting requirements in each region, directing Regulatory Reporting Engineering in the implementation of systems and processes that comply with those requirements, and managing the end-to-end report production processes including the collation of data, performing trend analysis and reconciliations, quality assurance, and timely submission of reports to Stripe’s regulators.

Stripe is both a technology company and a financial services company, and you will need to be comfortable straddling both of those worlds every day. The right person for the role will enjoy dealing with that puzzle, seeking creative solutions and moving quickly, often in the face of ambiguity.
