The Field CTO role is primarily regional. You will work closely with the sales, marketing, customer success, and professional services teams to support their activities in your region. Marketing and pre-sales activities include: giving webinars, writing blog posts, attending late-stage sales meetings, and helping prospects understand the value of microsegmentation in their overall cybersecurity strategy. Post-sales activities include: guiding architecture and other in-depth technical discussions, providing management and technical guidance to customers on how best to meet their cybersecurity objectives, and offering mentoring and support to the other field-facing teams. Experience in enterprise environments and the ability to confidently guide customers through both the technical and non-technical aspects of their cybersecurity program are essential.
