Executive Manager, People & Culture WA


As a key member of the leadership team, you will work in close partnership with the CEO and general management to deliver business strategy aligned people services. Responsible for the overall people function in WA, and with significant opportunities for creativity and collaboration, you will lead a team providing strategies across workforce planning, talent management, organisational capability, occupational health and safety, learning and development, policy and employee services. This will see you engage at all levels across the business as a subject matter expert and strategic partner to deliver commercial outcomes. External engagement will also be a key responsibility, collaborating with government councils and industry bodies, advising and influencing on policy and future workforces.
