The Product Value Stream Leader will be responsible for setting strategic direction for the relevant cell therapy manufacturing departments, in alignment with corporate goals, Global Product Supply/Cell Therapy Operations and objectives, while maintaining highly productive clinical and commercial operations. The incumbent will be responsible for establishing and driving a culture of collaboration and alignment between various functions to deliver value to patients.
