District Health Information Manager

Western Sydney Local Health District

The District Health Information Manager leads and manages the Health Information and Records Service teams, and includes Medico-Legal; Record Control and Processing for both medical and dental records; Document Imaging and Patient Administration System data quality.The District Health Information Manager is responsible for overseeing the timely and efficient functions of Health Information and Records Services, and is actively involved in the development, implementation and review of policies, procedures and business processes to ensure that service delivery complies with WSLHD, NSW Health and regulatory requirements. This position is expected to develop and implement systemic workforce changes and continuous improvement activities that ultimately improve the delivery and access of health information services for the District.
