We are a rapidly growing SaaS organization and are seeking a talented Renewals & Account Management Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer experience and a proven track record of developing and implementing successful account management strategies for a large portfolio of customers along with guiding, supporting and coaching the Renewal Managers, Account Managers and Renewal Specialists team members.

Facilitating collaborative relationships with field sales and customer success teams and providing the broader team with the necessary tools to succeed in their goals is critical to success in this role. In addition, the Director will be responsible for insights & analytics for the entire renewal base; and will be measured on customer retention rates and helping account executives in driving new expansion opportunities within their accounts.
