As the Director Portfolio Accommodation Management, you will manage all aspects of strategy and operations for a leased occupier portfolio by government and be responsible for delivering portfolio outcomes within agreed KPI targets for lease and facility management, utilisation, rental costs, arrears, vacancies and critical dates. You will also initiate planned client accommodation discussions at least two years ahead of critical event dates and manage the performance of the Service Provider to deliver leasing and tenancy outcomes.
