Director, People And Culture – NSW Ambulance

The Director People and Culture is a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, reports to the CE and leads the design and implementation of the People & Culture Strategy, created to deliver an engaged, inclusive and high performing workforce that is aligned to and supports NSW Ambulance’s strategic plan. Leading a direct team of 7 plus a much larger distributed team, you will drive a more agile, responsive and contemporary organisational culture. You will work closely with your industrial relations team to deliver robust and sustainable industrial relations frameworks. You will develop and implement strategies and programs which fully support staff, including recruitment, retention, and professional development. Critical to your success will be your ability to foster a workplace culture which is inclusive, collaborative, accountable, engaged and ultimately supports NSW Ambulance to deliver their reform agenda.
