This role provides leadership and market expertise to drive the growth, profitability and increased market share of Sustainable Systems offerings (including electrification of heating, thermal energy storage, next generation refrigerants) through the Trane field business. The role will lead a team of regional sales leaders with a focus on providing support to field sales, sales management, and fulfillment teams through deployment of growth strategies, best practice sharing, and sales enablement across over 160 Trane Commercial HVAC offices located in the United States and Canada.
